Gift Vouchers are available by post, email or collection from the hotel. We aim to process your voucher within 48 from receipt of order.

Spa Gift Vouchers may be spent as you wish throughout the Hotel, or put towards treatments or a Spa Day. Vouchers require non-refundable, full pre-payment at the time of purchase.

Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and are subject to availability. The voucher may be exchanged for services to the value of th voucher, any items of higher price will require payment of the diffrence.

Vouchers cannot be extended beyond the expiry date. Vouchers must be presented on arrival.
