Dining at Danesfield House is run by Executive Head Chef Billy Reid. Billy turns simple produce into well executed modern British food. The Restaurant at Danesfield House is open daily for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner. The Restaurant consists of three areas:
An ‘Orangery’ was a building frequently found in the grounds of fashionable residences from the 17th to the 19th Century and given a classical architectural form. The Orangery was similar to a greenhouse or conservatory. The name reflects the original use of the buildings as a place where citrus trees were often wintered in tubs under cover, surviving through harsh frosts though not expected to flower and fruit. Put simply, one of the finest views of the River Thames and the Chilterns you will see whilst dining.

Afternoon Tea is served at The Restaurant and The Terrace daily. Weekdays from 1pm until 5.30pm, Weekends from 3.30pm until 5.30pm. Open for residents and non-residents.

The Cocktail Bar is the perfect place for a drink before or after your meal. The menu includes Classic Cocktails as well as some signature cocktails. It also includes a vast selection of whisky and digestives.
To celebrate our 25th Anniversary, we’ve added a new signature tipple to tempt you. Each delicious 25th Anniversary Cocktail is lovingly prepared from a base of Tanqueray Gin infused with French Aniseed and Ginger and lifted with a zesty burst of citrus.
Open daily from 11am until late, residents and non-residents are welcome.
