The Orangery
Our team of Chefs celebrate seasonal English ingredients turning simple local produce into well executed modern British cookery.
The Orangery is open daily for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner and consists of three areas used at different times of the day and according to the seasons.
Lunch is served in the restaurant from the 'Orangery Lunch Menu' and the 'Wisteria Menu' Monday to Saturday 12.00 until 14.30 and from the 'Sunday Lunch' on Sunday 12.30 until 14.30.
Dinner is served in the restaurant from the 'Dinner Menu' during dinner service hours only.
Hotel residents can enjoy room service from the ‘Room Service Menu’ from 12:00 until 22:00 with last orders at 21:45.

This quintessentially British tradition is enjoyed at Danesfield House with the River Thames and the Chilterns as a backdrop.
Afternoon Tea is served in The Orangery daily from 1-4pm. Open for residents and non-residents.

Dining Areas
The Orangery (breakfast, lunch and dinner)
An ‘Orangery’ was a building frequently found in the grounds of fashionable residences from the 17th to the 19th Century and given a classical architectural form. The Orangery was similar to a greenhouse or conservatory. The name reflects the original use of the buildings as a place where citrus trees were often wintered in tubs under cover, surviving through harsh frosts though not expected to flower and fruit. Put simply, one of the finest views of the River Thames and the Chilterns you will see whilst dining.
The Terrace (weather dependant)
Our sun-drenched terrace is the perfect choice during the warmer months.

Private Dining
The Private Dining rooms at Danesfield House are all unique in style but equally as beautiful. Accommodating from an intimate dinner party for 10 people to an elaborate celebration for 110.
Our Chefs are passionate about seasonal produce and have created some special menus to be enjoyed in our private dining rooms.
Cocktail Bar
The Cocktail Bar is the perfect place for a drink before or after your meal, a light lunch or evening bar snack. The drinks menu includes Classic Cocktails as well as some signature cocktails. It also includes a vast selection of whisky and digestives. The bar menu offers sandwiches, burgers, fish and chips and more and all the classics.....
Open daily from 11am until late, food is available from 12:00-22:00.
Children under the age of 14 years are not permitted into the cocktail bar after 18:30.
Dogs are welcome in the Cocktail Bar, and we’re pleased to offer a special Dog Menu featuring delicious treats from Sir Woofchester’s Canine Hospitality—because our four-legged guests deserve to be spoiled too!
