Join Rachel from The Nest Hypnotherapy for a gently guided experience combining breathing, focused attention and hypnosis with the sounds of crystal singing bowls, a wind gong, ocean drum and chimes.

Rachel will guide you through an imaginative journey, weaving sound with positive suggestions to offer a focus you can take into the week ahead.

No previous experience is needed and there’s no pressure to feel or achieve anything. Everything you need is provided—simply wear comfortable clothing and settle into your prepared space.

To celebrate the launch, each guest will receive a small welcome gift bag, including a voucher for a complimentary 45-minute Relax & Reset relaxation hypnosis session with Rachel, normally £60.
