Fitness Class

The below descriptions will help you to decide whether a class is right for you


A 45 minute workout in the pool using water resistance to aid muscle strength and cardiovascular activity.

Body Blast

A mixture of high and low impact, aerobic routines including bodyweight strength exercises. Suitable for everyone and the ideal start to your week.

Body Fusion

A circuit of varied bodyweight and resistance training exercises to enhance your overall fitness and muscle tone. Weather permitting held outside. Suitable for all fitness levels.

Cardio Conditioning

A class using hand weights, body bars and resistance bands to condition the body and improve muscle strength. An excellent all over body toner. Warm up outside-weather pending. Suitable for all fitness levels.

Cardio Tone

A multi-level workout suitable for all levels of fitness. Using weights to strengthen and tone muscles by boosting your endurance, strengthening your bone density and burning fat.

Chi Gong

A mix of meditation, controlled breathing, and movement exercises designed to improve physical and mental well-being. A low impact class  suitable for all fitness levels, building  strength and inner core muscles, mental awareness, calmness, emotional balance and spiritual sensitivity.

Back to Basic Pilates

A class that will take you back to basics and educate and teach all the Pilates moves. Each week a new set of exercises will be taught. A great class to refresh your Pilates techniques whatever your level.

Intermediate Pilates

A class where some knowledge of Pilates is required. It aims to build strength from the inside out rebalancing the body and bringing it back into correct alignment

Classical /Advanced Pilates

A class aimed for those that want to be challenged and enhance their own performance. The class will encompass the 34 classical Pilates exercises in their original sequence.  A good level of Pilates is required.

Hatha Yoga

A mix of Hatha and Vinyasa yoga focussing on strength, mobility and finding the target area in each pose. Focusing on staying present, inviting you to stay present and move gracefully with the rhythm of your breath. Suitable for beginners and mixed abilities.

Iyengar Yoga

This class has an emphasis on detail, precision and alignment in the performance of posture (asana) and breath control (pranayama). The development of strength, mobility and stability is gained through the asanas.

Mandala Yoga

Mandala Yoga is a practice where the asanas flow 360 degrees around the Mat. Activating certain muscle groups and working on the connection between each element - Earth, Fire, Air, Water & their corresponding Chakras.

Restorative Hatha Yoga

A slow-paced yoga class, ideal for those wanting to learn basic poses, relaxation techniques and de-stress the mind.

Slow Vinyasa Yoga

Slow Flow Vinyasa is a flowing sequence of movements, in which the asanas (poses) and prana (energy/breath) are inter-connected. Some of the poses are held for several breath cycles to refine the posture of the body, mind and heart. This is a class suitable for all abilities.

Step, Kick, Pump &Tone

Tone and strengthen your whole body with this energetic class combining Step, hand/leg weights, bums and tums.

Tai Chi

A series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing, a self-paced system of gentle physical exercise and stretching. Each posture flows into the next without pause, ensuring that your body is in constant motion

Vinyasa Yoga

Meaning "breath-synchronized movement," Vinyasa movements are smoothly flowing and almost dance-like using a series of poses that will move you through the power of inhaling and exhaling. Physically, sweat expels toxins and re-energizes your body. Mentally, the synchronized breathing relaxes your mind and helps to release any blockage of energy flow throughout your body.

Yin Yoga

A slow-paced style of yoga with seated poses, or asanas, that are held for five minutes or more (generally). A more meditative approach to yoga, yin aims at cultivating the flow of energy and bringing awareness of inner silence. Can help boost circulation in joints and improve flexibility. Due to its sedentary nature, please bring a soft blanket to keep warm during class.
