Join Rachel from The Nest Hypnotherapy for a gently guided experience combining breathing, focused attention and hypnosis with the sounds of crystal singing bowls, a wind gong, ocean drum and chimes.

Rachel will guide you through an imaginative journey, weaving sound with positive suggestions to offer a focus you can take into the week ahead.

No previous experience is needed and there’s no pressure to feel or achieve anything. Everything you need is provided—simply wear comfortable clothing and settle into your prepared space.

To enhance your evening of deep relaxation, each guest will receive a complimentary Divine Eyes self-heating eye mask, infused with a soothing lavender-inspired spa scent. Designed to ease tired eyes and encourage a sense of calm, it’s the perfect little touch of luxury to help you fully unwind, let go of the day, and sink into the deeply restorative experience of our Hypno Sound Bath.
