12.00 – 13.00 – Pilates -Advanced – Jo 
19.15 – 20.30 – Hatha Yoga - Emily

Wednesday 
09.30 – 10.30 – Cardio Conditioning – Sarah
10.30 – 11.30 – Salsacise – Trevor
11.30 – 12.30 – Cardio Tone- Judy 
12.30 – 13.30 – Mind Body Soul – Judy 


Thursday 
09.30 – 10.30 – Mind Body Soul – Judy
10.30 – 11.30 – Cardio Tone – Judy

10.00 – 11.30 – Yoga for health – Rosemarie
10.45 – 11.30 – Aqua – Sarah
11.30 – 12.30 – Pilates- General – Jo

Saturday  
10.00 - 11.00 – Yoga – Davinder

  • Please pre-book any classes you wish to attend so that we can contact you in case any classes have been amended or cancelled.

  • Do not enter a class if it has already started
